This life can throw some hurdles at you and if you don’t know how to handle it, you will crumble. The everyday robotic routine can become boring and to say the least at times a little pathetic. School, work, relationships, friends, parenting, and kids add stress to our lives, at times positive or negative.
We need both negative and positive stressors in our lives to help with the balance and plus it would be too perfect of a world if we did not have a few curve balls thrown at us. You need to make sure the life you are living is a life that brings you joy and satisfaction. If you hate the job you are working, your relationships is unhealthy, your finances are in disarray and friendships are draining . Analyze your life and see what changes need to be made.
I will discuss a few techniques in helping you keep your day as positive as possible. I would not give you tips that I do not practice myself so I can confirm that you will see change if you keep it consistent. Below I have listed 7 daily teachings that help me stay positive throughout the day and week. I read a book call the “The Secret, Daily Teachings by Rhonda Byrne” I advice you to read this book, very powerful.

You can break it up in two different ways, now if you read the book she breaks up the daily teachings by days of the week. Secondly you can give yourself a little challenge. Pick one day out of the week when you can incorporate all the teachings in one day, but I only suggest to do it one day out of the week not every day or every week.
