In addition, Sharna emphasises the importance of processing the experience of pregnancy loss before trying again to have a child. To shed all that isn’t serving us in our life, to reconnect to our heart and soul, and build a life that serves us on a Holistic Level. A chance to develop ourselves, grow & re-prioritise things in our life so we are living aligned to our core values.

Sharna started the Institute of Healing through Pregnancy Loss in August 2020.

It is an Inclusive space for both Women & Men to have their grief acknowledged through loss.

Within the Institute of Healing through Pregnancy Loss Sharna offers Bespoke 1:1 Coaching for Angel mums to rediscover their identity, confidence & worth after loss, connecting to their Innate Feminine power. Embracing your adversity & your emotions to heal on a deeper level.

Sharna also teaches her Signature Program to Women Health & Wellness Entrepreneurs, so there are more women offering Specific Pregnancy Loss support within their service. This is how Women are going to heal on a larger scale & women can contribute back to humanity in a more meaningful way.

With both her programs Sharna aims to Empower women through their loss experience. Whether it is guiding & supporting women herself or teaching other women how to be that support.

She wants to see a shift in the Pregnancy loss space!
