Maggie Dong is a podcaster, fitness & life coach, and universal channeler who helps people master their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual fitness, so they can raise their consciousness and live with fulfillment. Maggie started her personal development journey when she had eating disorders after losing her mom. When she finally reached her health and fitness goals, she noticed that something was still missing from her life. After experiencing more personal growth and her spiritual awakening, she realized that in order to be truly fulfilled, one must focus on these 4 areas: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual fitness. Miss any one of these areas, and we’ll find ourselves constantly looking for external things to fill an internal void that cannot be filled. Maggie’s mission is to help people develop themselves in these 4 areas, so that they can become masters of their realities and live with fulfillment.
