This week on the Femme Parler Podcast we’re happy to welcome Carla, who talks about her trials and triumph on her journey to self love. A theme this month is working on the most important relationships in our lives…OURSELVES. Toxic relationships, dangerous behaviors, and harmful situations can have you creating a mirage, so the people in your life never see your constant struggle with how these things have sabotaged your self-love. Are you ready to put yourself first? Carla is also the author of the book, “I’m Not Leaving You, I’m Loving Me.” A journey of facing some powerful truths about yourself and the demons that have held you captive by mistreatment, disrespect, and disengagement in relationships. It will also be a journey to new freedoms, healthy relationships, and a life of genuine happiness. If this resonates with you, this episode is for you!
