Suzi Sung is the author of self-help books 100 Days of Positivity, Hope and Growth and 100 Days of Healing from Heartbreak.
After reaching 32 and realising how unhappy and unfulfilled she was in her life, she decided to do the inner work required to help her grow into the confident, happier, more fulfilled and self-assured person she is today – and she wants you to feel the same.
That’s why she wrote these books, to help you to stay consistent on your self-development journey and stay consistent towards your goals. Her books contain comforting words and insights on how to look at situations more positively, how to be kinder to yourself and how to get motivation back.
She understands the challenges with self-doubt and fear you face when you try to come out of your comfort zone and change your life for the better and uses her personal experiences to help her readers to keep moving forward to reach their goals.
As someone who used to give up on things all the time, Suzi wants to help make sure you don’t because she knows how amazing it is to reach your goals.
She wants to remind you that you are not alone on this journey and wants you to know that if she can do it, so can you!
